We started out as a small family business supplying bread made with Spelt and Kamut® grains to a few families in our area.  This expanded to participating in the local farmers' market in Gimili where we soon discovered that there was a demand for whole grain bread and other goods.

In 1999, while we were phasing out of farming, we started the process of converting our car garage into a bakery.   We opened doors for business offically in spring of 2000. It has been  a challenging process and one that has also had rewards that have given us a sense of great fulfillment.

We have come through many changes in the business and our family.  All the children have left home. We are very grateful for the employees who have joined the team.  Family members return for employment in the summer.

Pizza night has been added to the summer weekends.  This is a time of connecting with people that have enjoyed our products on a regular basis already or those that are just coming for an experience on the farm.  We are within half hour drive of 4 parks.   We appreciate all our guests!  Welcome!
