Pizza event on the farmWe started baking spelt and Kamut bread for a few families in our area. This expanded to participating in the local farmers' market in Gimli, where we determined that there was a demand for whole grain bread and other goods. Over the past 10 years there have been constant changes in the business and our family. The children all left home. Jason, our son, has returned to help in the business. Family members return for employment in the summer. We are very grateful for the employees who have joined the team. We also have travelers who come to stay in exchange for help (WWOOF). |
