Pizza event on the farm

We started baking spelt and Kamut bread for a few families in our area. This expanded to participating in the local farmers' market in Gimli, where we determined that there was a demand for whole grain bread and other goods.

In 1999, while we were phasing out of farming, we started the process of converting our car garage into a bakery.   We opened doors for business offically in spring of 2000. It has been a challenging process with many rewards!

Over the past 10 years there have been constant changes in the business and our family. The children all left home. Jason, our son, has returned to help in the business.   Family members return for employment in the summer. We are very grateful for the employees who have joined the team. We also have travelers who come to stay in exchange for help (WWOOF).

Pizza Night is on every Friday and Saturday night from June to September.  This is a time of connecting with people who have enjoyed our products on a regular basis already or those that are just coming for an experience on the farm.  We are within half hour drive of 4 parks.   We appreciate all our guests!  Welcome!
