Pizza Night Points of Interest PDF Print E-mail
There are lots of activities to enjoy while on the farm. Check them out here so you know what to anticipate when you come!

Animals

The animals always thrive on attention! For the enjoyment of our guests we have cats (& kittens), 2 elderly dogs, ducks, geese, rabbits, chickens,
2 alpaca, 2 sheep, and many chickens.  Some of the chickens lay eggs for us, and others go in the freezer as our food. The baby chicks turkey poults, and goslings are arriving on June 2.

Playhouse

The 2 level playhouse has had hours of play with children of all ages!  Our 2 oldest daughters camped in it all summer in their childhood! We ask parents to supervise their children at play for the safety of all. The swing and slide are right close to the playhouse.

Garden

The favorite meeting place for many.  It is planted with happy walks in mind.  Enjoy and munch as you go! Dora can discuss food preserving with you – fermentation (the traditional method of preserving nutrient / enzyme rich food), root cellaring,  freezing, and canning. This is normal living for us. Cornelius loves to discuss soil management, pest and weed control.  The garden patio is a popular spot for a pizza picnic or summer meals with friends and staff.

Games & More

Take some time playing torpedo ball, horseshoes, soccer, or Bouche ball. Browse through the photo albums to see what is happening on the farm year round.
